I'm Peter Dupuch, a fully licensed real estate broker and property appraiser in the Bahamas. I have been assisting clients in buying, selling and developing property in the Bahamas for over 20 years.

As a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) I have achieved recognition as both a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), the latter of which there are only 900 worldwide, with 7 located in the Bahamas. I am also a licensed broker, appraiser and a former director of the Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA).

Don't speak English? I can converse with you in Spanish, French and Italian. I have handled real estate transactions for Bahamian and international buyers and sellers from the smallest island outpost to large commercial and resort properties.
